Not a lot to say today… I had planned to get to the gym today, but had some stuff take longer than expected this afternoon, so I postponed until tonight.I know I’m going to be short on time tonight because Mattie’s falling asleep in his chair already, and I need his help to get my car in the backyard for street sweeper day tomorrow. I need to be home before 10pm and even that’s going to be pushing it. At 830, I pick up Shana and she says she needs to go to Walmart… by the time we got finished there, there was time to hit the gym for maybe 15 minutes so I just dropped her off and went home.
Food was good, save for eating part of the last of the brownies, but they’re gone now, and Mattie ate about 3/4ths of the pan. I stayed pretty close to the lower limit for calories, and fat % was fine. I stayed within points too. So, today’s eats, and then I’m crawling into bed with my book and getting ready for bed.
