Not too much to say today. I slept late because I slept like crap last night, and the heat all day was killer. It got up to 111° or 112°. The dogs flat out refused to go outside for most of the day and I can’t say I blame them any.
I was feeling snacky pretty much all day today, though my snacks were mostly good. I ended up a little high on calories at the end of the day, but I’m not going to stress over it too much. After dinner I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the treadmill at varying speeds and inclines, though I mostly took it easy as tomorrow is week 2 day 2 of C25K and I’m looking forward to blasting through it. My 35 minutes went fast as there was a zumba class going on and its hilarious bad to watch. I get that it probably is fun for people who like to dance, but I don’t enjoy dancing, I’m not good at it, and for me it just looks awkward at best. Its not a class I am ever likely to try out!
I did some vacuuming this afternoon, but that’s pretty much all I did around the house. Tonight I finally got around to watching Sunday’s Drop Dead Diva, and I hope Owen has something planned we don’t know about and he didn’t actually leave Jane. I like Owen, but he’s got some sort of secret which may not be good. :(
Viacom being greedy bastards means we’re lost almost all the channels bf actually watches, so if they haven’t come to a new agreement in a few weeks, we’ll be cancelling the TV service. Honestly I would have cancelled it a long time ago because I never watch it, but he keeps it. I’m also planning on cancelling Netflix because if we can’t watch it, why should we keep it? I literally cannot stream anything on it. It plays for 30 seconds, buffers for 2 minutes, plays for 30 seconds, buffers for 2 minutes… for the entire length of whatever it is. I’m watching $8 a month on a useless service.
Anyway, moving on to today’s eats.

Not great numbers but not horrible either. Tomorrow I’m planning on going in early in the day to do my C25K, and then hopefully hitting the weights. If its really busy though I’ll probably just do C25K and head home because I hate waiting for machines.
