Saturday Day 295

I feel like crap today, so going to make this short, and then I’m going to go to bed. I could only take a half dose of my meds last night, and as a result could only sleep for about 5 hours and badly at that, have had severe chills all day even though it was over 100°, and have felt like vomiting since 5am this morning. All this thanks to be shorted on my meds because the stupid clinic mis-scheduled my next appointment. Tonight I get to take a full dose, tomorrow a half, Monday a full, Tuesday a half, and a full dose on Wednesday and hopefully have my new Rx on Thursday. And theoretically I won’t have any sort of meltdown with this near-week of totally messing up my meds. All I want to do is sleep until then, but guess what? One of the things that happens when I’m not getting my regular dose of Geodon is I can’t sleep.

Before I gave in and gave up trying to have a normal day, I did create a few new earring patterns. I made a toucan, a shrimp (I was hungry?), two different owls, and a brontosaurus. I even started working out the tukibirds, but I only got three rows done before I decided I felt too much like crap to actually work them out. Anyway, enough of why I want to crawl under a rock and die today. Here’s today’s eats.

Food was good today considering how I feel. Days like this I usually end up over-eating and just make a mess of everything. Of course fat was still way too high, but I’m not really all that into caring today, you know?
