Sunday night I did not sleep well yet again. I finally fell asleep at about 6am only to wake up about 6 times in the next two hours and gave up and got up at 8am. I did manage to keep food mostly under control for the day. Days when I’m that exhausted I usuallly either don’t eat at all or I eat constantly, and this was actually in the middle. Mattie wanted froyo at the end of the day, which put me over on calories a bit, but it was definitely worth it even though I thought I might fall asleep with my face in mine. I did some more beading, and worked out a new earring idea based on a necklace I made years ago. I can make these in several colors and probably going to make myself a pair this morning to keep. I haven’t picked a color yet though.
The doggies proved how good they are Monday morning as well. At 8am I let them out only to see the side gate was open. Lucy looked like she might go out it but Sashi just stood at stared at it, like she was trying to tell me there was something wrong about it. I called her name and she just trotted back to me. We walked over and closed the gate together.
They’ve also been super good about coming off the wall when Mercy’s dogs are out and off the fence when Chuck’s dogs are with one call. It used to take a lot of yelling and most of the time me physically dragging them off of the fence. I am so glad they’re finally getting it.
Like I said, food was a little high today, and pretty much all I ate was carbs. Here’s the damages.

I’m eagerly looking forward to Wednesday when I can actually see my doctor and get a new Rx and get this non-sense taken care of. I want to sleep all night again, and half the afternoon too if I want to!
I’m also 1.1 pounds from my “lose 6 points off my BMI” goal, and 1.6 pounds form the “lose 40 pounds” goal. Yay!

I hope you’re right! The week is almost over and the scale has been going down a few points here and there. Hope it sticks and I don’t mess it up this weekend.
My appointment should go fine tomorrow, my Dr. is very understanding and sometimes I think he gets madder about the crap the girls up front do than I do. Makes me wonder what else they screw up.

Yeah, brick stitch with 4mm Miyuki cube beads. I keep buying them because I adore how they look, but I’ve not found much to use them with. These turned out really cute though- I have another pair in blue. Might make some more.
