Thursday Day 391 Food Diary

What happened today that was exciting? I learned how to make charts and graphs in Excel. Its not something I even particularly needed to know, but its something I’ve wanted to learn, so I looked it up and did it. Then I made graphs of the number of visits to several sites I run over time to see the trends. I also sent a long email to my mom trying to explain why new, related content is important to a site. She hasn’t emailed me back still two hours later, so I’m not sure if she hasn’t read it or if I just confused the living hell out of her. Or maybe she did email me back and I’m just too tired to notice. I got to sleep late last night and woke up way too early this morning and despite the cup of coffee I had, have been exhausted all day. Coffee, you have failed me. I did get to spend a good part of the day chatting with Tracy, which was nice. :)

Food today was good though. I stayed on track and under my limits and even kept my fat calories under where I wanted them, which is pretty unusual as of late. I also did a little bit of reading and will probably do some more before bed, assuming I don’t just fall asleep trying. I don’t have much else to say here, so going to get right to the food diary.

Hopefully I will get some sleep tonight and will feel better tomorrow. Today has just dragged on and on and I just want it to end with some good, solid sleep. I haven’t weighed in in a day or too so will probably do that tomorrow.
