I had a gain this week for my weigh and measure, which I’m going to assume was from the popcorn we had late Saturday night. It wasn’t a huge gain but the fact that it was there at all is disappointing and I’m really hoping popcorn is all it was because I did pretty good this last week.
Not a lot going on besides still messing with the OSCommerce installation on my other site. I’m determined to get it working how I want it and looking how I want it, but I’m also going to look into some other options.
Sunday’s eating was mostly good until I had some cheese as a snack towards the end of the day, and that put me over. I also had more coffee than usual, so there was another extra 70 calories. Here’s Sunday’s food diary.

Monday was better by a long shot. I got some exercise in and ate a little better than on Sunday. 35 minutes of DDR before feeding the dogs their dinner got me up and sweating, though not as much as it should have. Then again, it was freezing cold in the house so I never got warmed up- literally.
Around that same time Mattie lit the pilot on the furnace and got that going for us. You have no idea how good it is to hear that thing rumbling to life after this cold starts in! I keep thinking of the first 2 Winters I spent in this house with no heat at all. I was wearing gloves and scarves in the house trying to keep warm and sleeping with half a dozen blankets every night. Having heat is an amazing improvement.

I’ve decided the Broccoli Au Gratin flavor of Rice-a-Roni is the least healthy, and also the best tasting, which is why we split the box 50/50 and I didn’t just measure out a 1 cup serving. After looking at the box to record the nutrition, I wished I had, but I did get some exercise in so its not the end of the world.
I did a little sewing Monday as well as I had a request for an item or my Etsy shop. I had to redo part of it like four times but I finally got it right and I’ll be sticking it in the mail today (Tuesday). Hopefully this evening I’ll get my post made up on time. See you all later!
