I’m here a bit late with the weekly wrap-up, but I am here! Saturday was really good on food, and I got a little exercise too when I walked to the post office to mail a package. I’m going to skip to the wrap-up graphic here now.
My averages before taking out for calories burned were just a tiny bit higher than I wanted them to be, but not by much. And I didn’t get as much exercise as I would have liked, but I did get some, so not complaining too much there either.
As I said, I got a small amount of exercise when I walked to the post office. I had sold a pair of the cute girly skull earrings along with a matching bracelet, so had to get those into the mail. A woman I met through Facebook bought them as a gift for her soon to be sister in law, so I really hope she likes them. I know I do. :)
The weather here has been back and forth lately. We’ll have a nice afternoon, and then the temperature drops down to the teens at night. That’s not so bad but the dogs are feeling their oats and really active and excitable since the weather changes, so they’ve been driving me crazy to say the least. They constantly wan to play or run or wrestle and I’d love to have just 2 hours dog-free because they’re so nutty lately.
Anyway… here’s Saturday’s food and exercise diary.

The stew we had for dinner was so quick and easy to make. I put about a pound of stew meat in the crockpot, a packet of seasoning, and about 3 cups of water. After a few hours, I added some tiny potatoes, baby carrots, and the last 1/4th head of cabbage from the produce box. I should have put some green beans in but I forgot we had them until right now. It was so good!
I’ll be back tonight with the weigh and measure. See you then!
