Friday Day 469 Food Diary

This is going to be short as I forgot to post last night and I don’t want to do a double post tonight. I did okay on food Friday, though Mattie wanted chicken soup a second day in a row, this time with noodles instead of potatoes. He also wanted bread again, so hello carbs because I can’t pass up bread. Earlier in the day I tried the rutabaga hash recipe I discovered last year, which was still good, but a lot higher in points than I expected. I did use three eggs though, so that didn’t help.

I really, really wanted to go for a walk after dinner, but it has started raining on Thursday and pretty much kept on all the way through Friday. I thought about going to the gym to walk on the treadmill instead, but my gym is lame and closes at 7pm on Fridays, so by the time we finished dinner and my stomach settled a bit, it was too late, so nothing on the exercise front for Friday.

I think I vacuumed the house again and still got up an entire canister of dog hair, which drives me crazy because its like that even if I vacuum every day. The hair just keeps coming! I didn’t know the dogs had that much hair on their bodies to begin with, let alone available to shed.
