I’ve got a giveaway this Saturday, but first things first!

This week’s wrap-up is about the same as last week’s, though I earned one more AP this week. I would have liked to have seen my averages at about 35 before taking out for APs, but the way I started this week was just bad. The first two days (I think) were filled with ridiculous over-eating, and even though I stayed almost on track for the rest of the week, the damage was done. Still, I’m going to have a nice loss from last Sunday’s weigh-in. I had planned on today being better than it was, but I was also counting on having my cottage cheese and fruit with coffee for breakfast for 6 P+, not yogurt, coffee, and a chicken breast for 14 P+. Eek! Still, the day could have gone a lot worse than it did!

Some of the recipes do sound really good, but the ones I like are things that Mattie won’t even consider eating, and I don’t really cook when its just me. Because of that, this book has been sitting next to my other cookbooks unused.

While we’re still talking about books, I ordered two new books for myself this evening. I had some gift card balance available, and I had points I could use on my Visa, so I was able to basically get them both for free. Sex at Dawn: How We Mate, Why We Stray, and What It Means for Modern Relationships and Out of the Shadows: Understanding Sexual Addiction are the books I ordered, and I can’t wait to read them. Human sexuality has always been an area of extreme interest for me, and there’s always something new to learn.

Food today was better than I expected, considering how it started out. I made up a huge salad for dinner, with baby spinach, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, goat cheese, and onion. It was really good, but the P+ were high too. Still, it was totally worth it and I am anticipating tomorrow’s weigh in! Here’s today’s food diary.

I also had a NSV today. I was able to buy and fit perfectly panties that did not come from the fat kid store! They’re a size 9, but the fact that they fit makes me a happy, happy girl!
