Wednesday Day 488 Food Diary

Today started off with me spending a few minutes checking emails, eating breakfast, then walking to the post office to make my package out. I got that taken care of in record time because there was no line at all when I got there. The only downside is it was slightly more expensive than I had planned on, but that was relatively minor.

I did some reading for a while, and then went to the pharmacy to pick up my Rxs, and then went home to wait for my dental appointment to roll around. I planned to walk there too, because its like 4 blocks both ways. I was not expecting any issues.

Instead what I got was accosted by three teenaged girls from the Mormon church who basically cornered me and refused to let me get on to my appointment until I took a copy of their stupid book. So now I have a copy of The Book of Mormon, which I may read just for fun because when I opened it, there was a picture of a painting of fucking Khan from Star Trek IV in there! LOL Okay, maybe it wasn’t Khan, but it looks just like him! The Book of Mormon has Star Trek in it! :wink:

I did eventually make it to the dentist to find out while I have no cavities, I did have a broken filling which needed removed and replaced. That took about five minutes to actually do- my cleaning took a lot longer. Either way, my teeth are now back in good repair and I have another new bill to pay because I have no dental coverage. Yay me!

Food was also good today. Even without taking out what I earned in APs, I was still under my goal for the day and I ate pretty well all the way across. Lots of dairy products, fruit, and 1 cup of brown rice at dinner as my only “bad” carb. Here’s today’s food diary.
