Saturday Day 505 Food Diary

We have a new assignment in my Social Media class that I need your help with! I need to secure 100 new followers by the end of next week, which means I need you guys to 1) follow me, 2) RT me, and #) pimp me to your followers. This will give me a follower ration of just over 3 to 1. I’m starting this assignment with 202 followers, so I need to see 302 next week. You can do this!

Yes, I am asking for you all to follow me, and read all the inane crap I tweet on a daily basis. Okay, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration. Its not all crap. Sometimes I post pictures of my work, and I talk about my weight loss journey, my Social Media class, and I occasionally pimp my friends on there. I also carry on quite a bit of conversation with my followers who are engaging. So, at the very least, do me the favor of a RT. It just takes a second. :love:

Food has been good today. I started off my morning with cottage cheese and pineapple, which amazingly I’m not anywhere near sick of, and a little later fixed myself a cup of coffee. Mattie started to ask me to fix him something to eat about 3:30pm, but then he realized it was getting close to dinner time and he could just wait a little longer. At about 4:30pm I started dinner, which was turkey sloppy Joe’s and the leftover salad from a few days ago that was amazingly still good. After dinner we each had a fudge pop, which totally satisfied my sweet tooth.

ww-03022013On average, I was below my P+ daily allowances, more so when you adjust for activity. Unfortunately, I’m not feeling the scale will be moving. It just seems to be stuck for whatever reason, and I hope to see a nice move again very soon.

It was way down a few days, then back up, then almost down to the level again. No idea what’s up with that!

Anyway, see you all tomorrow, and hopefully tomorrow afternoon when I get on Twitter I’ll see I have some new follows waiting for me.
