Monday Day 528 Food Diary

Good morning folks! Monday’s food diary was great, though my sleep is so screwed up right now its ridiculous and I have to be up at about 8am on Friday to go to WonderCon. Not looking forward to my alarm going off that day, but I am looking forward to going! I literally laid in bed from about 11pm last night until 6am, wanting to sleep, but didn’t get there until after Mattie left for work. Tuesday I need to get up and be out of bed by 11am, and an hour or so earlier Wednesday, and then Thursday. I hate mornings, and I have having my sleep schedule all turned around, but its like my body wants to run on a 27 hour clock most of the time, which would put me to bed later and later every night. If I don’t nod of before 4am tonight, I’ll be debating just staying up all night and day tomorrow, which is equally difficult to do.

I did my grocery shopping for the week this afternoon, and while I got everything on my list except for ice cream, I spent almost $10 more than I wanted to, and I’m still going to have to come up with more money later in the week for milk, Mattie’s lunches, and yogurt for next week- another $10 I’ll have to magically pull out of the air again. I also need to mail off that picture to Mattie’s mom, which I meant to do today, but not sure where that couple of dollars is going to come from right now either. Ugh. It sucks being poor!

I spent some time in my craft room last night working on a new project, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I had to wait until this afternoon to take photos, but here it is. The crystals are Swarovski in sapphire blue, smoked topaz, and crystal clear. The necklace measures about 24″ long from end to end and fastens with a large gold-toned toggle clasp.

As I said up there, today’s food was good. I got in my fruits and veggies, had a decent breakfast, and didn’t stuff myself silly at dinner time. I did have a minute after dinner when I considered a corn bread muffin, but then I saw they had gone “Dalmatian” and I had to toss them out. Saved by the mold! haha Here’s today’s food diary.

I also did some housekeeping on my Twitter account. I have followed many new people, most of them classmates, over the last week weeks, but after giving everyone a few weeks, I’ve found a lot of them have not made a tweet in weeks or even months. If you’re not actively using the platform, I don’t see how we can benefit each other by staying connected. I ended up unfollowing about 35 people this evening based on inactivity alone. In another few weeks I will be going through them again looking for people who don’t tweet about topics I am interested in- those of you who tweet weight loss, fitness, health, rafting, jewelry design, sewing, or tweet lots of cute dog and cat pictures are probably safe. You’re also safe if you happen to be Wil Wheaton. :heart:
