Wednesday Day 571 Food Diary

Today was another day of me getting wrapped up in things and forgetting to really eat until dinner time, and oddly enough, I didn’t really do anything today. The food diary is good as far as points go, but bad because I basically starved all day then ate everything. My mind just was not on food until about 3:45pm and then it was nearly dinnertime. I literally had coffee and 3 apriums until we had dinner. No good. After we ate dinner, my stomach was still clamoring for more food, and I had an apple, and then my breakfast cottage cheese. I felt a bit better after that, but once again I am reminding myself to actually eat breakfast tomorrow.

While Mattie was at work today, I watched the last episodes of my shows (Bomb Girls, Castle, Grey’s Anatomy, Mad Men, and New Girl) and then was back in my craft room for a little while. You can see what I did back there today in my sewing blog. I also sent a message to my friend Donna via her blog to ask if she’s like some more of my scraps again. Hopefully that will be a yes and I can pack her up a box full again. :)

I also listed a bunch of sewing patterns on eBay today, and was lucky enough to have two of them sell right away. I’m hoping at least half of them will sell, but who knows. You can see my listings here.

Wednesday Day 543 Food Diary

I’ve got a pretty good food diary report to share today, but first here’s a tidbit I saw on Twitter today that makes me a happy girl.

We may not live in France, but this is great news! Another little piece of the world is officially seeing that all people deserve the right to marry the person they love. I can’t wait to see this be the case everywhere :cheerful: Come on world, give me a reason to have faith in humanity! (Even if Ellen did intentionally misspell “Paris”)

This post will be long of pictures (and not very good pictures at that) and short on the food details. Thursday was okay on food. I was 7 Points+ over at the end of the day, but I wasn’t worried about it because I had been so good all week. I was also happy to see the scale was down nice and low. That was a big part of why I wasn’t too upset to go into my weeklies towards the end of the week. I knew I’d still have a good weigh in.Of course at that point I didn’t know we’d be eating out not once but twice on Friday and be using an insane amount of Points+ that day. I also didn’t know Friday would result in my being constipated due to not having a bathroom available when I needed it- we were driving for hours to get to WonderCon Friday which is tiring and makes using the bathroom inconvenient due to having to stop.

Monday Day 521 Food Diary

I’m writing up tonight’s post early, because its going to keep me out of the kitchen for the night. I started of today by stepping on the scale and was sort of pleased to see that it was only 3 pounds above where it was last Sunday. Its terrible, I know, but its still loads better than the 11 freaking pounds I was up at the end of the day on Saturday! I’ve roughed out my review for Dr. Schulze’s Intestinal Formula #2 in a doc, and will make adjustments as needed in a few days when I actually post it. I want to see how long it takes for things to return to normal again for me before I do because I want my review to be as complete, helpful, and honest as possible. :getlost:

Breakfast was cottage cheese and an apple, and after that I went grocery shopping. Since I’m not buying meat this week, I didn’t spend much, but I still feel like I forgot something important. Mattie has plenty of granola bars, so I didn’t need to buy those, I went ahead and got milk even though we had a little left (I know we’ll use it before it goes bad) and I remembered to buy his lunches. I also bought some apples, a bag of grapes, and various pasta sauces, gravies, and chicken seasoning products because we’re going to be eating chicken all this week. I also got a few things of yogurt for Mattie’s lunches. Mattie wanted to make a big order with a special deal from Omaha Steaks, so I wanted to use up all the meat in the freezer before it came in. When it gets here next Friday, we will have a few pieces of fish, and one meal’s worth of chicken left. We should have plenty of room in the freezer for what he ordered. :cheerful: If not, we’ll be having a BBQ!
