Below are links to each month’s workouts. Some months are better than others, but this is an honest, open account of what I’ve done each day. Obviously I’d love to be able to say I did something active every day, but it doesn’t always work out that way. Below is a quick summary of each month, but if you want specifics you’ll have to view the individual pages. Just click on them to go there.
